NICE is beginning to position itself among the top Gilneas raiding guilds.  We have regular 10- and 25-man Ulduar runs, and have Naxx on farm.

Because of this vision, we are recruiting select classes for raid events, and are hesitant to consider invites of sub-80 characters at this time.

Our policy is "no nonsense" ... We don't want to babysit anyone, and won't tolerate deliberate drama... trust us on this, and if you want to stay in guild, don't try to test it. ;)

We want to harvest an atmosphere of fun -- This is a game, afterall. We realize that nitpicking, namecalling, and ridiculing in guild chat sucks all the fun out of it, and we strive to avoid this at all costs.
